Mark Ganim is Owner/Founder of Thrive Retirement Group which is a brand of (Thrive Insurance Marketing LLC). He oversees operations and marketing while growing the market reach in retirement and health insurance services. He was born and raised in Greensboro NC. He attended Western Carolina University in the mountains of NC.

 
His initial introduction to the industry was made by his father who worked in the business for 35 years. Mark worked with several companies beginning in 1995, before landing with Bankers Life and Casualty and advancing his career and entering management. He was instrumental in building several agencies that grew to millions of dollars in premium and rapid growth. Mark in 2016 established Thrive Insurance Marketing. He has developed sales training platforms, business coaching and software that have helped to achieve high levels of success for the company and affiliate partners among several states.

His passion for personal growth and development motivates his endeavors to create systems and culture that promote upward mobility for like minded individuals looking to thrive in business.
